What a fun experience! Loved the small size of the class, and the instructor was wonderful and catered to what we liked. Really great brands included. Definitely worth the cost.

Hands down one of the best things we did on my sister’s bachelorette trip! Our cocktail-making class with Vincent was an absolute blast—so many laughs, unforgettable memories, and seriously delicious drinks. They were so responsive and easy to work with from the start, and during the class, they shared all the fun secrets to making the perfect cocktail. Plus, they took tons of cute photos and videos for us (so we could just enjoy the moment and still have all the content to post later—amazing!). I can’t thank them enough for making that night so special. 1000% recommend for any bach party or girls’ night!

We recently hosted a resident event and had the pleasure of working with 215 Speakeasy for a mixology class — and they exceeded every expectation! From the initial setup to the final clean-up, everything was executed flawlessly. The team was punctual, professional, and incredibly engaging. Our residents loved the interactive experience, and the bartenders were both knowledgeable and fun. They made the event feel upscale yet approachable, and the area was left spotless afterward. The perfect “speakeasy” experience. Vincent is so talented and can craft just about any drink you can think of and but his own twist on it. Let him make you an espresso martini, you’ll never want one made by anyone else again!! We had such a great time and Vincent is THE BEST.

We hired Vincent to help us curate our menu at our bar. Oh my goodness! What attention to detail and unique cocktails that he came up with. Vincent was always quick to respond early with information and a complete professional the whole way through. We owe our success to him. Grateful we have him in South Florida. There is no one else to compare!

Our small group had a WONDERFUL time with Vincent in our class. We'd like to think of ourselves as "experienced" when it comes to mixology, having messed around for a number of years with libations. Beyond the shadow of a doubt, we learned A LOT! Very informative, fun, AND TASTY! We walk away with new recipes and techniques, not to mention the story we share of a great time together. HIGHLY recommended!

We really enjoyed the group cocktail class hosted by Vincent and Bianca. All the equipment was very professional and we learned great bartending tips while making delicious and beautiful cocktails. I would definitely recommend.
